This was my first experience with BurgerFi. The order included two burgers, fries, onion rings and two soft drinks. It was "ok" but from a taste perspective it was not exactly worth the $46 price tag. Paying a little extra for better food quality (ingredients) is ok though. The issue with my experience targets the establishment more than the food. The restaurant had approximately 6 customers and 4 employees (thst I could see). The floor was dirty and littered with spilled food, the condiments station was filthy. Lids for drink cups were laying on the counter top (only 5 available), the ketchup was watery, I heard another customer complain about this as well, and the soft drink machine had many "unavailable" selections. It was sticky and needed cleaning. The bathroom was filthy... simple tasks had not been executed like placing the paper towel roll inside the dispenser. Instead it was sitting on top and the roll was soaked from the dripping hands of other patrons. This is a new establishment... great for the area! It should not be in this condition. Management is the key to successful business. Considering a dining experience at this price point, the product received and the environment of which it was served was not acceptable. The food was amazing and healthy! Ordering was easy, but there was only one ordering kiosk. Parking was tight, and it was a little pricey, but it was worth it. The cashier was somewhat friendly.

Horrible burger, would have done better at McDonald's. Small burger, tough smothered in some kind of sauce. Not at all how it was described. First time there, last time!

The burgers were made incorrectly and there was no soda in the pop machine.

Food was so disappointing. First burger-fi I’ve ever had in Maryland and what a let down. Miami , FL location set the bar too high perhaps. What happen to branding the buns? $18 for a burger fries and drink, Is just crazy when the fries were cold, burger was average, and just about every drink besides coke was out on the machine. Get it together burger fi. Oh and not to mention the fire alarm going off every 5 mins and the staff seeming so un bothered by it .. Read less
