Tried this spot on the recommendation of my Indian colleague, and I’m glad I did. For lunch, I ordered the garlic naan, lamb curry, and chicken biryani. The garlic naan was just average. While the bottom had a nice crisp, the texture lacked the expected chewiness, and the garlic flavor could have been more pronounced. The lamb curry was a standout. The portion was generous compared to other Indian restaurants I’ve been to, and the sauce was rich, flavorful, and full of spices. I appreciated ample curry sauce —it was perfect for dipping the naan. The chicken biryani had great flavor overall. The chicken was moist and well seasoned, and the rice was aromatic with spices. However, the rice itself was slightly overcooked and a bit too soft for my taste. The ambience was modern and thoughtfully designed—you can tell effort went into the decor. The server was friendly and attentive. My only complaint: the loud music from the robot server. Even after our food was delivered, the music kept playing in the background and became quite distracting. Overall, a solid experience with good Indian food. I’ll definitely be back. Read less

I ordered egg biryani and egg curry yesterday. Egg biryani - Oily white rice + eggs Egg curry - Oily sauce + eggs I’m sharing this because I like the food here normally but last 4-5 times, it was a steep downhill, i.e., both quality and taste. Restaurants can have few bad days as well but it is problem when that becomes a habit. Fyi. I had to throw both of them (Biryani rice and curry, eggs are edible) away. Read less

The food and service at this restaurant was excellent. We tried more than a dozen dishes since we were a big group and with the exception of one or two all were very good. In addition the quantities were very generous. We ended up having to pack a good deal of food. Overall we really enjoyed our lunch and will be back the next time we are in Jacksonville. Read less
