Fantastic! I can't say enough about this location of MADGreens. We ate here many times during a several week stay at a nearby hotel while in town for a family emergency. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The place is always clean, the food is great with lots of healthy choices, and flexibility to customize your meal. One of my most favorite healthy options in Louisville. Mad Greens has a selection of always fresh salads and wraps to choose from, including some specialty seasonal items (can't wait for the berry boost to hopefully return this Summer!). The team members are great, always friendly, and there's even a few that have my order basically ready the minute I walk in the door -- special thanks to Rosie, Chelsey and Bea for their exceptional customer service! This is a good Mad Greens, service is excellent. Like many other places they've pared the menu back from the old days, taking away my favorite salad, but since you can create your own it's possible to get close to the one I loved. One thing I can't get back... Some of the great dressings they had in the old days. Still a lot of options, but not as robust as it once was. Read less

I eat at the Louisville Mad Greens a couple times a week - I love everything they make. Most times I order on the website, then stop in and pick up the order - but have eaten in house, depending on other activities in the day. The items are always accurate (including any customization) and always ready on time. I really appreciate the staff, they are friendly, helpful and really there to be of service. Everyone there seems to enjoy working there, the working environment is obviously healthy because people are happy. Excellent food at a high quality restaurant! The website also allows for learning how to configure a dish that works for you (under Menu | Interactive Allergen & Nutrition Menu) - easy to assess your carbs, and how to adjust a dish to meet your needs. Can't say enough about how much I love this place! Read less
