Absolutely Disgusting Experience — False Advertising and a Total Rip-Off This place claims to serve the best food and cater to vegans — what a joke. I was excited to try it today, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. What did I get for almost $50? A sad pile of crappy chips with ranch dressing and a few wilted salad leaves dressed up to look like a real meal. That’s it. No substance, no creativity, no flavor — just cheap ingredients plated to fool you into thinking it’s “amazing.” If you’re excited about vegan food, do yourself a favor: go to a grocery store, spend $1 on a bag of chips and a bottle of ranch, and you’ll get the same thing — probably better. This place is nothing but overpriced, disappointing, and misleading. Don’t waste your time, and definitely don’t waste your money here. I would never recommend it to anyone. This is what I got reply from the owner of the restaurant, "Go ahead and provide me with a receipt and I will offer you a refund. I suspect you won’t though because this review is completely fake. In case you don’t know, narcissistic wrath is really transparent. Making yourself a DR. for this review is a particularly hilarious touch, though. Kudos to you for that. Does Kuldeep translate to Mark in English?" Here is my reply, " My objective is not to get a refund, although that would be honorable. My objective is to let people know that this café is falsely advertised. Just because something is vegan does not make it healthy. It really is an overpriced fast food stop. I also want to make it clear that I do not appreciate the racist comment in your response. That was unnecessary and unprofessional. ⭐ 1 Star (Only because 0 isn’t allowed) I genuinely expected an amazing vegan experience based on the hype, but this place turned out to be a complete scam. The food was laughably bad — not just disappointing, but absurd. What they served wasn’t even food — it was a tiny bit of dressing drizzled over what looked (and tasted) like Costco chips. Yes, the $10 bulk bag type. Zero creativity, zero effort. And yet, they had the nerve to charge almost $50 for this plate of nonsense. If I were to price what I got, it wouldn’t be worth more than $2, and that’s being generous. I drove a long way expecting a cozy, delicious vegan lounge experience. What I got was a loud, overpriced, chaotic mess of flavors that made absolutely no sense. Not sure if this was some kind of experimental joke, but I was not laughing. So disappointed. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options - let me say, even if you're not "vegan," I swear you will absolutely LOVE this food. And they do have GF bread!! Read less

Fresh beautifully plated food, great service! The wooden tables were all sticky however. We grabbed a marble table and fpund it clean. Bring cash or be charged more!

I decided to treat myself to a killer lunch today at Cozy plum and they did not disappoint. It was very nice and clean inside and really loved the self serve water. The staff was very friendly and took her time to explain the desserts and even get me 10 % off. I've had thier food several times but hadn't joined yet. Seriously Amazing gouda mushroom burger that I did need three napkins for. The carrot cake is amazing. Even the lady behind me kept saying mmmm to her meal. Thanks Cozy Plum. I will be back!
