Incredible people running this place with fabulous, healthy, and delicious food! We stopped by after our run on a Saturday AM around 10. The place was clean, and plenty of parking spots and tables were available for dine in. Menu is quite simple but covers everything from wraps to sandwiches to salads to smoothies to fresh juices to health shots. People are super friendly, easy to order, and make any changes while ordering. The food comes out quick and as ordered. Huge fan of their fresh juice options, personal fav being the Vampire juice - carrots, celery, beets, ginger, and lemon - so so good! Clean unisex restrooms, well maintained dining area adds to the dining experience. I wish I had this near us in Chattanooga! The food is incredible. Juices, too. The family working together & kids helping is such a great experience. I'll def return if I'm ever back in the area.

Their menu leans into Baja Coastal influences with a health-conscious twist--think grain bowls, grilled proteins, vibrant salads, and fresh-pressed juices. I am a fan of the Jac's Salad. It was so fresh--perfectly crisp greens, juicy grilled chicken, avocado, and the dressing was chef's kiss. Light but filling, and ready in no time. Definitely coming back for a midweek recharge. Friendly staff + delicious food and drinks! Hendersonville is lucky to have Don Miguel.

The steak wrap for brunch was great. I was impressed. I will be back to try a bowl and a smoothie.
