I really miss the Nacogdoches location. That location is what kept me returning back. This location lacks customer service skills and gives the Earth Burger brand a bad name. They don’t greet you, give your bag and just walk away as if they don’t want to be there. I was told I was being refunded because I was overcharged and never seen the refund as of yet. This is the same experience I have been receiving lately in which I can no longer support. Maybe it will help to bring a few team members from Green because I have always had a pleasant experience there. Read less

We stopped by Earth Burger on a whim—and wow, I’m so glad we did! The food totally exceeded our expectations. The vibe is casual and clean, and the staff was super friendly. Jaylena, in particular, was awesome and helped me pick the perfect meal. Based on her recommendation, I went with the crispy chicken sandwich—and it did not disappoint! The texture was spot-on, the flavor was bold and satisfying, and there was absolutely no weird aftertaste. The sauce tied it all together perfectly. What’s even more impressive? Everything on the menu is 100% plant-based! It’s refreshing to find a fast, delicious vegan option that doesn’t sacrifice flavor or quality. I’ll definitely be back to try more menu items. This is definitely a vegan’s heaven when they want some fast food.
