This was my first time trying Palmita, and it is absolutely delicious! Their food is vegan friendly and healthy as well. I highly recommend for everyone to try this place. I had ordered the Palmita Power Mixto Bowl. Everything was great! The food service even shocked me. Contactless pick up. All you have to do is scan your order number/receipt to the tablet. The tablet will let you know that your order is ready for pick up then the locker will open for you. It’s pretty cool and convenient. Or maybe I’m just a bit outdated lol but I never seen anything like this before. So kudos to Palmita for not only great service but delicious food as well! Read less

Worst experience ever. Placed an order via the kiosk, which said the order would be done in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later l, still no notification as to when it would be ready. I knocked on the window and spoke with a staff member. They stated my food was ready long ago, but they were trying to figure out a way of canceling my drink, as it was being provided by a vendor that is no longer in business (I ordered everything from Palmitas restaurant, via the kiosk). The staff member handed me a bag with (now cold) food and Said they didn’t know how to refund me for the drink that they could not provide. I asked to speak with the manager (Ray) in order to get reimbursed. Had to wait for the manager to return to the restaurant, in order to reimburse me. 40 minutes wasted, and had to pay full price for a cold lunch. Terrible… Read less
