Stopped by for a quick lunch with my kids. One is very picky and only likes a plain white pizza. Kaylee was so friendly and made her pizza with love and care and made sure to pass my picky 4 year olds test! Julian was also friendly and helpful! I placed an on line pickup order and specified in the comments "not to burn the crust" I have had their food before and often the bottom is like charcoal. I can tolerate it. My wife hates it. I ordered an item just for her and asked not to burn it. Despite my request the bottom was burnt. I didn't check it until I got home. I called the store. After being on hold several minutes I was told a manager would call me. Five hours later, no call yet. Read less

## Pieology Seminole: Kylie and Justin - Shining Stars Even at Closing Time! Let me tell you about a recent experience at Pieology Pizzeria in Seminole, Florida, that absolutely blew me away. As a foodie I've seen my fair share of rushed service and less-than-enthusiastic staff, especially when a restaurant is nearing its closing time. However, my visit to Pieology, just ten minutes before they locked up, was the complete opposite, all thanks to the incredible team members, Kylie and Justin. Walking in that close to closing, I was prepared for sighs and hurried movements. Instead, I was greeted with genuine smiles and warm welcomes from both Kylie and Justin. There was absolutely no hint of them wanting to rush me out the door. They were patient, attentive, and radiated a level of enthusiasm that you'd expect at the start of their shift, not the very end. Kylie expertly guided me through the build-your-own pizza process. She offered helpful suggestions, answered my questions with a smile, and never made me feel like I was holding her up. Her positive energy was infectious, and she clearly took pride in ensuring my pizza was exactly how I wanted it. Meanwhile, Justin was a maestro behind the oven. He handled each pizza with care and precision, and even with the late hour, the quality was top-notch. My custom creation came out perfectly cooked, with a wonderfully crispy crust and all the toppings beautifully melted. What truly impressed me was the genuine kindness and professionalism both Kylie and Justin displayed. They didn't just go through the motions; they seemed to genuinely care about providing a great experience, even in the final moments of their workday. They chatted with me briefly while my pizza baked, making me feel like a valued customer rather than an inconvenience. It's easy for service to dip when closing time approaches, but Kylie and Justin at Pieology Seminole are shining examples of exceptional customer service, no matter the hour. Their dedication and positive attitudes left a lasting impression, and my delicious pizza was just the cherry on top. UPDATE 4 - 9/24 (3 stars) Over the last few months we’ve gone back on game night and had a (mostly) great experience. They’ve really stepped up their game. They have been making great pizzas and their service has been 5 stars. BUT they are consistently out of ingredients, which I understand that their distributor is out of the ingredients they could buy it from somewhere else to make sure they’re not out of ingredients. UPDATE 3 - 5/24 (2 stars) For a change they got the order mostly right - but forgot all of the toping sauces and still overcooked the cauliflower crust - the only reason we come here is it’s the only pizza restaurant near us that can fit my daughter’s dietary needs. UPDATE 2 4/24 (2 star) We went back and they made the pizza this time - forgetting to put all of the toppings on this time - they refunded it immediately this time, but still 🤦‍♂️ UPDATED - 3/24 (1 star) I appreciate the refund, though it’s absurd that I had to go to this lengths to get any kind of response - when I called in I shouldn’t have been told that it wasn’t burnt when it clearly was. As for your “explanation” of having an open hearth oven making pizzas crispy - that’s a load… and what you’re saying is that whoever was cooking the pizza wasn’t properly checking to ensure pizzas don’t overcook or in this case burn. Pizza is supposed to have a soft crust. Unless asked for by the customer. No one wants to feel like they’re eating a rock when they get to the crust. Train your people better and/or hire more people. You can always look to a short term staffing agency if all your people were out sick like they were when we came in. But don’t go making excuses to cover up incompetent. ORIGINAL REVIEW 3/24 (0 stars) My pizza was burnt and when I called the guy said his manager wasn’t available and I needed to call back in 20 minutes - I called back later and was told the manager cooked it and knows it wasn’t burnt and wouldn’t give us a refund - the pizza is rock hard on the crust. As you can see in comparison with the other pizza we ordered this one is most definitely burnt. Horrible customer service and horrible management! Read less

We love this place. Reasonably priced ‘build your own Pizza’ options. Excellence service, very happy, friendly knowledgeable staff. Big shootout to pizza chef ‘ANI’ who made our visit extra special today. Your food order is built to your liking & baked quickly. High marks for their fresh ingredients, gluten free options and above average tasty pizza. Large clean dining area, & outdoor patio at the side of the building. Big bonus points for the clean washrooms, but unfortunately, according to my wife, the Toilet paper holder is broken in the women’s washroom & towel dispenser is in need of repair. Owners: Take more walk throughs of your properties on a regular basis. Your customers shouldn’t have to point out broken things to you or if your kitchen hygiene or washrooms need attention. That’s your job!!!! Read less
