I like flower child. I drive out of my way just to eat their food. Which never disappoints. However, I do feel the manager needs to improve on how she handles employee mistakes. I was getting take out because I was unsure of the parking situation for 4th of July. The girl at the front offered me a sangria for purchase, and then after, offered a refill. I don’t order drinks here because I usually always bring my own water. I’m not aware if there’s free refills or not, but apparently there’s not lol and the manager was not doing a great job at hiding her frustration by calling out the employee in front of me and telling me I need to pay for that. Asking me for my card so I wouldn’t have to get up, and standing there until I paid as I used Apple Pay. I don’t mind paying, but I did mind the weird energy I got over a refill. The front girl apologized to me, telling me she didn’t know. Regardless, I think that could have been settled privately, as it was a teaching moment between the employee and manager, a reprimand I did not need to be involved in. Read less

Service is pretty bad. Seems to have dropped standards since opening. Staff seem preoccupied with joking and laughing between themselves and not interacting with the customers in a professional manner. Staff speaking between themselves loudly and joking around as they are taking my order. They messed up my order up three times and seemed to think it was hilarious. Staff needs training on how to carry themselves around customers. Read less
