Wonderful little vegan sandwich joint. The Fogwood smoky burger is great,as was the patty melt. We also had the mac and cheese side, which was huge. Only tweaks I would make would be to keep dialing in the mac and cheese sauce recipe and to make the patties thinner and wider to fit the buns, since its a challenge to eat the burgers without a lot of mess, much less to share them. Amazing - culinary brilliance meets local farmed produce with a side of solid service... One of our favorite restaurants to eat at. Mad props to the owners and the management team.
