This place has changed a lot . I work at the Village next door and I used to love this place , but recently it has changed. They always have new employees. I’ve stopped by and asked for a smoothie kids size which is $6 and I mentioned I worked at the village next door I was charged $9 for a kid size smoothie which did not even taste right it was full of cinnamon I could not drink it . The holes in their roof are almost as big as the holes in their business practices. When I say the service was painfully slow, I mean it took about 25 minutes if not longer to get two absolutely mediocre smoothies. I watched employees laugh and stop working to talk for extended periods of time as angry customers were piling up around the store. Employees were u friendly to customers when they finally did interact with them. 20 dollars absolutely wasted. It took ages to get the drinks and when we finally did, they weren't even blended properly. The flavors were terrible. We couldn't finish either flavor. 0/10 for service. 0/10 for food preparation and flavor. Read less

Great smoothies though definitely on the pricey side. Very customizable with many options of milks, proteins, fruits and vegetables, and other additions. I had the chocolate blueberry protein shake and liked it a lot. Nice add ons are available. I believe anybody could come here and get a smoothie they enjoy and which meets their dietary preferences. Fresh ingredients. Nice setting in an outdoor mall. Lots of seating. Read less

Horrific customer service! I was waiting 5 mins with 4-5 employees chatting away to give my order. When I finally asked if I’m suppose to order through the kiosk only… one employee in the back said “ hold on she’s clocking out”. How does that relate to me waiting 5 mins as they were chatting the whole time? She also said “ you’re welcome”?! Extremely rude! I will no longer support this business and don’t appreciate the unprofessionalism. I’m glad that others around saw what happened. Read less
