Everything was delicious! The surface was wonderfully fast and pleasant. This includes the great soup that I had as well as a desserts that I got to go to bring back home to Ohio and share with my wife. We were both thoroughly impressed with them. When I am back in Louisville in a few months I'm looking forward to heading back to Heart and Soy. Read less

Excellent meal. Kids loved the egg rolls and plain pho. I had the Quang noodles (mi quang in Vietnamese) and it was delicious. Also got the mushroom stirfry and it was so flavorful and delicious. This place was absolutely mind-blowing. I am not Vegan but my gf is, so I told her I wanted to go here and eat. Man I was so surprised by the flavor and texture! The staff was super helpful too. The Kernel may have to reconsider chicken! 5/🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑 *UPDATE*. I am now full vegan (so far), and I have eaten here many times. Here and V-Grits are my go to places for lunch. I have never had a bad meal at either place!! Read less
