someone needs to tell the owner of this place that the quality of the food has gone downhill since he left. When this place opened, it was the best Indian food in northeast Ohio. I talked to the owner. He was a trained chef from india, but I don’t see him around anymore and I’m not sure where he went. Someone needs to tell him that the people making the food now are not doing it the same way when he was here. I only wish for Heera to be the best again . Every time i order a dish from i am disappointed, today the curry i ordered was like soup, it was just liquid, it used to be nice and thick like a normal curry. Please fix your recipe ! Read less

Everything was delicious! I ordered the salted lassi, pakodi chaat, and plain idly (which comes with sambar (soup) and coconut chutney for dipping). My favorite was the pakodi chaat because it comes with the perfect ratio of toppings, including my favorite mint chutney and yogurt. The staff was very kind and the restaurant was clean and well organized. Would definitely recommend it to all! Read less

Terrible chicken tikka tandoori. Too expensive. The chicken didn't have any salt in it. The masala was 65 masala. Total waste of money

I regularly visit and rate restaurants, and I have to say—this place needs a lot of work. From the condition of the tables, tablecloths, cups, and water jars to the ceiling, walls, curtains, and counter—everything felt neglected. Even the music and menu lacked attention. The food didn’t taste good, and the serving time was far too slow. To the owner: if you’ve put money into this business, please follow through with real effort. It feels like you’re not even trying. Most of the 4.6-star reviews here seem questionable—either fake or begged from customers. I’m giving 3 stars because the place has potential, but right now, it doesn’t live up to the hype. Look at Paradise Biryani Pointe in Cleveland—people travel from surrounding cities because the food and service are genuinely great. If you want to grow beyond just local foot traffic, focus on authentic Indian food and better service. Read less
