I have been wanting to eat here for literal YEARS but finally took the time to just go and dive into the wonderfulness that is the menu of Chef Cyrus. First off. The atmosphere of the new location is INSANE. it’s beautiful. Magically put together and curated with so much attention to detail. I’m very excited to watch the growth to seating in the courtyard out back! The service? 10/10. BEST service I’ve experienced in all of Portland. The host and waitstaff (Emma was our server) were so kind and patient, even newer employees had amazing knowledge and excellent recommendations for someone who was overwhelmed by all the options I needed to try but couldn’t eat it all at once! Now let’s get to the food. Everything was expertly crafted. Made with passion and love. And INCREDIBLY fresh. The presentation of everything was perfect as well. The flavor of each dish exploded again and again with every bite. This was hands down the best vegan food I’ve had across the entire US. Thank you to the Chefs and wait staff for the amazing experience. I will be here a million more times to try everything left on the menu. Read less

The takoyaki was $14 for only green onions/ginger, no substitute for octopus (easily mushrooms for the price). It also TASTED BAD, it was literally burnt and bland :/ Read less
