I honestly want to try this spot again before I give a bad review. I have heard so many great things about the food and the owner. This was an Uber eats delivery, so I wasn't able to see the atmosphere. After looking at the food, I did not eat it. So I can't say if it was good or not. Had been wanting to try this place for a while since I heard so many rave reviews about it. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Took about 20 minutes for us to receive our food after ordering. There isn't much space to wait inside and it does get busy. I think I was expecting more but it was decent for a vegan burger. We wanted to try the dance hall queen burger but they said they were out of it so we tried the one night stand instead. They do give you a lot of fries with your order which is nice but they weren't that good. The seasoning they put on the fries has a faint taste. Read less

I've been eager to try this place for some time now. Unfortunately, we left disappointed. When we arrived, there were about 6 people on the outside of the door waiting to get in to place an order. Along with 5 inside who had already ordered. It took about 20 minutes for us to reach the inside and once we did, they paused orders so that they could get caught up. We waited about 15 minutes for ours orders to be taken. Once we placed our order it took about another 20 mins to get our food. I got the "One Night Stand" which came with fries for $16. When we got to the car, we started eating the fries.....ICE COLD. I was hopeful that the star of the show would make up for the cold fries...NOPE. The burger was cold too. I was so disappointed because it had potential to be great. The sauce was amazing! Having to wait all that time just to get food that wasn't even fresh was a blower. The customer service and sweet potato pie were phenomenal!!!! Each and every employee was amazing. They are the only reason I didn't give 1 star. Read less

I have been waiting for years to try the food. Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to the hype. It wasn't nasty.. it was just average. Nothing special about a beyond meat burger that I can buy from Walmart and fancy it up for less than 20 bucks. The fries had way too much seasoning. I loved the shout out being that we are from Chicago and the sea moss banana pudding was bomb!! Other than that, it was just an overall average way too pricey experience.. Read less
