Super excited about srybb opening their place at x bar! Finally was able to try their food and it was delicious! I had only been able to get vegan quesabirria in TX and srybb’s is incredible—the consomé is perfectly seasoned, and the vegan queso has a thick, creamy consistency. Customer service is great, the owners are very sweet and accommodating. So thankful srybb has brought vegan Mexican-Americana and comfort food to Denver. Looking forward to going back! Thanks y’all! Attended the grand opening at xbar and omg this food is amazing. Best loaded fries in denver!
