Been eating sushi since 2000, this is the best roll and miso soup I've ever eaten. I had the Atomic Bomb Roll that has tuna inside seaweed and rice with avocado and jalapeño and salmon on the outside with amazing pink and white sauce drizzle. Prices are very standard for sushi, the chicken fried rice with miso seamed a bit expensive. The Ramen noodles with chicken was also excellent, served in a broth with a perfect hint of spice and zip. The Ghaza app was also good but sometimes over seared on one side and under seared on the other. The accompanied picture is the Atomic Bomb Roll.... Always ask for extra soy or accompanied sauces... I came here on a reference from a friend. I had high expectations as he highly referred it. Our sushi was a bit more fishy than I prefer. (We ordered based off the server's top recommendations). The ramen was so so, I didn't care much for the cheese on top. The spice level was great. Perhaps I'll return to try more sushi and give it another chance. Read less

We did not plan to visit a land locked state and seek out sushi, but we got a craving and we're glad we did. Sushi blue was good and a great value. We had 2 appetizers, 7 rolls, and 15 pieces of sushi. This plus drinks was under $200. That definitely would not happen in Austin. The on fire roll was both an impressive presentation and an excellent roll. The yellow fin with avocado appetizer was good too. Stacy our service was polite, knowledgeable and attentive. Receptionists were friendly and efficient in getting me a table. After being greeted by a server and drinks ordered and delivered, she mysteriously disappeared and never was seen again. Tea was mild in temperature at best. Never got checked on. Had to flag a different server 45 mins after drink was served to get some attention. Took another 40 mins to get food served by the bartender herself. For the price and mediocre food.... you'd think they'll step up the game by having awesome customer service. I still tipped 25% for the bartender stepping up but I seriously don't think I'll ever go back to this place unless a good friend of mine begs to go try them at which point, I'll make sure to eat first before I go in.
