This place is in my top tier of NOLA foods! The atmosphere was great. The people were friendly and fun. The juice was FRESHLY squeezed! This food slapped!!! As soon as I left I immediately missed the sweet heat cauliflower. If they have it when you go, get it in the large side of your dish and thank me on this post. Also, you're welcome! Everything was amazing!!! I went with 2 friends & we all sampled each other's plates (best way to eat on vaca, imo). It left us full but not heavy, satisfied but not slagging.. Man.....I think we all are always skeptical and nervous about eating vegan food or vegan meals for fear for lack of taste. I can assure you, that will NOT be the case here. It tastes just as the name suggests.......sweet and soulful. 😋 I order the orange cauliflower, veggies, sweet potatoes, & Mac n cheese with a pineapple mango drink. 🍽️🥦🥬 The service was phenomenal, environmental is chill, food was flavorful, hot, and fulfilling. They give you a large quantity for the money you are paying and you can definitely eat on one place 2 if not 3 times. If you try to eat majority of it, soon make sure to plan a time to rest afterwards because you will need it. 🙆🏽‍♂️🛌🏽 My nephew told me about this place and said we have to go next time we are in the city ......but reality is I couldn't wait and I acted on his recommendation and I'm glad I did. 🤗 Do yourself and your stomach a favor and stop in to be fed and satisfied. ✊🏽 Read less

It's just what you're looking for! It's difficult not to get the 'pick 4'! The bread pudding is a must as well as the orange cauliflower. The Creole curry tho - amazing! The staff are welcoming and the portions are good. Don't mind the cafeteria style atmosphere - line up, pick your picks and dig in. I do wish they had real dishes for dine-in to reduce the packaging.
