I love this place! The people are so friendly and welcoming….like good family members 🙃. Anyhoo I dropped by today and got this beautiful meal made by the kindest, most patient man Mr. James. This whole team is exceptional, and the place is so clean and calming. I truly appreciate a place that lives up to its own standards and then shares that with the community. I heard really good things about this restaurant but this location lacked in quality of service. The ingredients were fresh I will give it that but due to the lack of quality of the staff, it made our experience of this not the best. They just dumped the food into the bowls without care. It was very messy. The toppings to salads ratio was completely off. All that was left was a pile of dry arugula (Elote Bowl) at the end of my bowl with no other toppings. (It was basically half of my bowl.) They also did not listen when I told them I wanted a “little harvest bowl” and they gave me a regular bowl so I ended up paying more than I wanted to, and when I mentioned it to the worker their attitude was resistant to make things right. Due to that we just decided to not cause problems and pay for the larger bowl. Overall fresh ingredients but they need to be better on the ratios of their bowls. UPDATED I actually emailed the address below and the corporate team gave me a reward for a free bowl and they said they would have a training/talk with their employees at this location. I do plan to go back to this location and hopefully their employees will be better trained. I upped the service stars by 2 and overall rating to 3 vs 2 what I had before. Read less

We normally LOVE this Sweetgreen location. Lately, however, we've had a few times when we've picked up a to go order and the serving size was pitiful and unacceptable. We haven't had issues until recently and I tried to contact the store to discuss it first, but its just a robotic menu and I couldn't talk to a person. Ive added a photo of my usual order that I love and an example of the pickup order serving sizes we've received recently. It's a great restaurant with great food, but I think more training might be needed to ensure consistency in portions. Read less

You guys could probably have more customers with more help! Kat is the absolute best and honestly her customer service is the only reason I still come here, because the wait is intolerable!!!!!! She is doing the whole line while people are trying to get to go orders and cooking more food. If you manage this location you are burning your staff out and they are amazing! I love sweet greens and I'm vegan so limited choices I'd love to recommend this place but the wait time is so long. Help Katt and team out! The food is amazing! Read less
