Offering a large swath of salads with multiple proteins and a varied array of styles ranging from Korean to US standard salads. I found the taste great and service friendly and helpful. The open and modern interior is very relaxing and it felt like every table and booth had an outlet making it a great place to keep your electronics charged. The location is prime as it sits on the nexus of Maple & Old Woodward. Price points seem slightly above average. Also the food feels above average too. Read less

This is for the ONLINE ORDER experience. I have to agree with my fellow reviewers. We order this once every few weeks for the convenience and I would say 9 of my last 10 orders have been missing key ingredients. I’m not talking missing an extra dressing. I’m talking the buffalo chicken bowl missing chicken. Or today, my harvest bowl is missing the grain and the side piece of bread. Why?? It’s 7 ingredients, how do you miss any?? Either staff your restaurant properly or hire people who aren’t going to be overwhelmed. Sick of paying premium prices for subpar service/products in 2025. Read less

This location struggles with online orders. Of the handful of times I’ve picked up from here, they’ve never ONCE gotten my order right. I honestly think they just throw whatever they want in the online orders. Today was unfortunately my final straw with this location. I placed my order 45 mins in advance as I was headed right to work after pickup. I arrive and my order doesn’t have a single correct ingredient in it besides my protein. I tell a very kind employee (shoutout to the crew here they are very sweet) and express I’m in a rush and she goes to get the manager. The manager takes her sweet time, and once we’re face to face and I express, “I can tell you everything that was in it and we can remake it super quick right now” all she says is “I don’t know what was in it” (????? Okay ???) and proceeds to spend another couple of minutes looking up my order in both the print out tickets, and the online database. Right. Cool. Not sure if this location has multiple managers but this specific lady is middle aged with tattooed on brows. At this point I’ve been in the store for over 5 mins. She, once again, takes her time remaking it, and hands it to me with no kindness, no apology, no hint of any customer service whatsoever. I express to her that this happens frequently at this location and she literally acted like she couldn’t care if someone paid her to (oh wait.. they do..). I’m walking out of the store, almost 10 minutes after I walked in, and I hear a monotonous and backhanded “my apologizes” as my back is turned and I’m literally opening the door on my way out. I want to say, I have worked customer service before. Both retail and food service, I know for a fact that I’m a nice person to the people who serve me, especially when my order gets messed up. I understand things happen, but this interaction was completely and totally unacceptable. Especially when you are ordering 45 minutes in advance and pay almost $20 for a salad. I will never return to this location. The fact that sweetgreen allows a manager to run a store that makes the same mistakes over and over with no correction speaks for itself. And for that same manager, who is responsible for ensuring the smoothness of store operations, to act like a customer with a messed up order is the biggest inconvenience in the world is just wrong. Last but not least. I went to eat my salad and that $20 paid for 80% kale and 20% everything else. It can only be inferred that this was intentional and retaliatory. Never again. Read less
