Amazing menu, incredible vegetarian and vegan food! The seitan wings wrapped in rice paper were wonderful, and the cheese phake and reuben were also great. I tried the muffuletta special, and I’d like to give some advice to the chef, as I’m a muffuletta connoisseur… needs more olives with celery and carrot to be considered a true muffuletta. It was hard to taste the olives in the lentils. I would also consider using soy skin or the tofu used in the Reubens as the sliced meat of the sandwich, rather than all the peppers. That being said, I’m not subtracting any points from this review because it was a really tasty roasted vegetable vegetarian sandwich; just not very close to a muffuletta. I’ll definitely be back! My partner and I have been traveling back and forth between NC and NJ for his residency, and we’re always on the lookout for great vegan spots along the way, Liquid Earth did not disappoint! We had the vegan pastrami sandwich, the BBQ sandwich, and hummus, and honestly, everything was absolutely delicious & flavorful enough to tempt even a non-vegan. We shared a cup of the lentil corn chowder & a cookie too too! (Lots of leftovers) The chlorophyll water and hibiscus tea were refreshing and perfectly balanced. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We’re so glad we found this gem, and it’s definitely going on our regular stop list. Noble and the team were very welcoming upon arrival. I was in town for a work trip so wanted to see what Liquid Earth has to offer. Upon entering, the restaurant is a fun and cozy spot with some cool antique figurines on display. I ordered a 2oz shot of Good Guts and the Reuben sandwich with the roasted red onions. Delicious from first bite to the last. Highly recommend. Read less
