I paid $33 for a delivery order that costs $22 in store ($11 in fees). It took an hour and a half for the order to arrive (I live 1 mile away) and when I opened my “salmon bowl” there was no salmon. Outrageously unprofessional and ridiculous. That is the first and last time I’ll be ordering delivery from Sweetgreen. Read less

Unacceptable experience. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, I had to wait over 20 minutes to be served. The staff showed no urgency, barely acknowledged guests, and when it was finally my turn, they ignored my specific requests and the team member decided to make two harvest bowls for the last person in line, because they were ordering the same bowl. What? No accountability, no effort to make it right. Just outright disregard for basic service standards. So dismissive. It wasn’t even rush hour. Read less
