I usually love Sweetgreen and visit this location often as an NYU student, but today’s experience was very disappointing. I placed a pickup order and paid extra for blackened chicken in addition to the regular herb-roasted chicken. When I opened the bowl, the blackened chicken was completely missing. For a place that charges premium prices, I expect better accuracy and attention to detail. Read less

Got in, no other customers, two staff ignoring me. Third guy cleaning finally asked if he could help and changed. I asked for a Kale Caesar, as is. Guy asked me if I want steak or chicken. I said chicken, like on the menu, and pointed to the screen. He told me it can also come with steak (that’s a weird Caesar salad there). Got the smallest portion possible, pictured. Read less

I love sweetgreen, but this location is a waste of money. I should've read the reviews beforehand, but it was late and the rating was decent. I paid for a full salad to go but only got half of one. Based on reviews, this is a common occurrence. Go literally anywhere else! How is this what they serve for almost $20? Read less

This location of sweet green is exceptionally bad. Slow and rude service, overcooked and old tasting food. Eating here legitimately made me sad...

The worst experience ever! I ordered the “harvest bowl” for lunch as delivery drop off option for lunch and was unexpectedly faced with a LIVE BUG CRAWLING ALL OVER MY SALAD! It seems to me like they don’t bother to clean the salads at all! And ofc I asked for a refund because this is definitely unacceptable and just ridiculous for someone to pay so much and be recieved with an added extra topping🤮🤮 Read less
