Just not worth it in any way. $21 salad with 3 optional add-on, just over half full. Ordered and charges for two scoops of blackened chicken but they were barely half scoops, about 1oz of stringy chicken each (and this wasn't even an online order - I was watching!). You wouldn't pay $3.75 per oz of chicken at many fine dining restaurants. Lettuce old and battered. Basically through the order at me before I could ask for it to be mixed in. Not again Read less

Used to be my favorite salad but something is off. Recently I get overcoocked, burned, missing food and wrong quanity. Will not order this year again! Asked for 2 vinegar but only got one. The chicken was completely dried, no way to eat it or the burned sweet potates. The bread felt old. Ordered from Lex and 61 st. Read less

Very friendly and patient staff. No lines or only 1 person ahead. Being in midtown, they cater to the office personnel at lunch time and anyone who wants to bring home food for dinner, so they close earlier than other locations. No seating here. Everything is always fresh. I recommend the Pesto Sauce. Not a Green Godess “girl”. Read less

Sweetgreen used to be my favorite salad place but today was my second bad experience. I can’t eat any cheese and I got a whole serving of some type of cheese i did not order. Unfortunately the cheese was already spread throughout the salad when i sat down to eat it 20 minutes away so I was only able to eat half of it. I also got such little chicken and too much sweet potato when I paid extra for the chicken. I understand there were many orders and this is just a mix up, but this was the day I chose to give sweetgreen a second chance after I got the wrong greens and small portions in my last salad. Hopefully you guys can take this as constructive criticism. Read less
