I just realized today that ordering online is actually cheaper than ordering in-store. I customized my usual salad plate with kale, apple, cucumber, shredded cabbage, quinoa, 2 scoops of garlic steak, and veggie slaw. When I ordered it at the counter, the total came out to $27.06. Out of curiosity, I tried building the exact same order online—and to my surprise, the price was only $24.85. I asked the staff about it, and they confirmed that online orders can be cheaper than ordering at the front, which honestly shocked me. I just found out he’s the new temporary manager at Sweetgreen, and I’m so glad I came back. He was spot on with his recommendations, suggesting a salad for me to try. I've been to several Sweetgreen locations, but the Carmine Street spot in the West Village stands out as the absolute best—thanks in large part to Brandon. He is consistently kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure every order is just right. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their job and goes out of their way to treat a customer well, but Brandon does this naturally. His attention to detail and warm attitude make every visit a great experience. Not to mention, the food here is always fresh and flavorful! If you’re stopping by, I highly recommend the Hot Honey Chicken bowl with sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts—it's perfection. Big thanks to Brandon for making this location a cut above the rest!
