Food is great and service is exceptional. It took us 25-30 minutes to order 3 items and eat and be out of the store. That speaks something about the restaurant service. Also, they were able to accommodate JAIN food (no onion and no garlic). Most of their Mains and Noodles section can be made Jain We ordered pan fried dumplings, red curry ramen and kimchee fried rice. All dishes were good and will definitely visit back again. The whole chain has a gluten free menu (you have to ask for it) but then the server doesn’t bother telling the kitchen staff to actually make sure the food is prepared/cooked GF withoutcontamination. This is super frustrating cause I’ve been ‘glutened’ at least twice at two of the locations, including this one. Most times I’ve been fine, but it shouldn’t happen even once. The server shouldn’t be arguing with the customer that it’s fine cause there’s no gluten in the ingredients when the issue is the kitchen not preparing it GF (without contamination). NYC restaurants gonna scam their celiac/GF customers like we can’t tell later. Such a waste. Read less
