Was so excited to try sweet green for the first time after hearing so much and decided to order ahead since we were going during prime dinner time. Disappointed to find that my salad was missing one of the premium options I ordered and the staff seemed annoyed that I asked for it to be added (I brought up my receipt and bowl). Everything was still fine until I realized that the chicken in my salad was raw and pink in the center after eating a few pieces. Honestly I’m not one to go up and complain so ended up just throwing away the rest of the salad, at this point I didn’t want it to be remade. Read less

Always feel salad wasn’t my thing until I tried sweet green. Very fresh ingredients and great combinations as well. Lot of self serving in the store, u will pick up your bowl from the wall of alphabet shelves(order by first name), no human interaction needed. Pretty efficient if order ahead on the sweet green app using Apple Pay. Little pricy but it the salad that I will actually finish eating instead feeling sad eating it 🤔 I ordered Kale Caesar(with steak) that cost around $18.5 after tax, The steak was mid, kinda tasteless, but cheeses saved the salad Read less

My experience at Sweetgreen was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, the place was overly crowded, making it difficult to enjoy a meal in peace. Secondly, the staff's behavior was unacceptable. They were rude and seemed to hover over my coworker and me, which made us feel uncomfortable throughout our visit. What was particularly distressing was the apparent discrimination we felt as the only people of color in the restaurant. Despite the place being full, it seemed like we were singled out for attention, and not in a positive way. To add to the frustration, they refused to hand my friend's bowl until she had paid, which felt discriminatory and unnecessary given the circumstances. This experience was not just disappointing but deeply upsetting. Sweet green needs to address these issues promptly to ensure that all customers feel welcome and treated fairly, regardless of their background. We have gone in before when it was less crowded and the women working behind the counter were much nicer than the staff today. Please be aware. I always make it my business to report establishments that discriminate against people like myself. Managers should be training their staff better , considering all of their staff are people of color themselves. Read less
