Food is good. Healthy. Tasty too. You can make your own rice bowls here. The food is locally sourced, clean, green and environmentally friendly stuff. That’s all great. I would recommend this chain. Only issue is it’s damn expensive. I mean a normal person can’t afford this daily. My Whole point about this place is, a chain which cares about society should be affordable too. Read less

Came as a first timer, as a group , as tourists and asked questions and they were laughing at us and only pointing to the instructions and ignoring all our questions and sassy and responded with sarcasm mainly the manager. I had an unpleasant experience at Sweetgreen today because of one of the staff members, Cam. He was rude and unfriendly throughout the interaction, with an irritated, almost poker-faced expression that made me feel like I was bothering him just by being there. What was even more concerning was that he was visibly sweating — a lot. The sweat was literally dripping from his face, and considering how close he leaned over the food containers, it felt extremely unhygienic. I was genuinely worried that some of it could end up in the food. This isn’t just about poor customer service — it’s also a health concern. I hope management addresses both the staff’s attitude and the store’s air conditioning situation. It’s unacceptable for employees to be working in such conditions, and it’s uncomfortable and unsanitary for customers too. Read less
