This is my first time ever eating at a fine-dining vegan restaurant! The food, service, and atmosphere were amazing. We started off with the baked Mac n cheese and the hushpuppies both were very good, for the hushpuppies you may have to have an acquired taste due to the bourdon sauce. The steak au poivre had that meaty texture like no other vegan steak I’ve had and paired with the gravy it was so delicious. The red sauce fettuccine was very good as well, it came with garlic bread but I do wish it came with some kind of protein. For dessert we had the tipsy trifle it was so yummy!! Our server was so sweet and knowledgeable definitely elevated the experience. The atmosphere is very quiet and calm. I would definitely recommend if you want splurge on dinner! I would come again. We visited Maiden for my birthday, and we made the drive to Fort Worth from Frisco for the experience. This was our first time there, and we will be back! The food was absolutely delicious, like mouth watering. The kind of meal that you keep thinking about, because it was so good. The service is top notch. Our server was kind, informative, speedy, and she had a great sense of humor. It was obvious the staff enjoyed being there. The decor is cool, and upscale retro vibe. Shelby and Kendall ensured our night was an absolute joy! The food was beyond amazing, and it's genuinely inspiring to witness the culinary artistry the Chef has cultivated. We loved our first visit so much that we brought four friends with us for our second time around! The eclectic pairing was a definite highlight. We had so much fun exploring how each drink perfectly complemented the dishes, and we were pleasantly surprised by how the flavors evolved and deepened the more we enjoyed them together. I love this place and the amazing variety they offer! There’s no other place in the metroplex really that offers this kind of vegan experience. Grateful this place exists!

Really wanted to love this place, my wife and I have had some great vegan fine dining experiences in other states and countries, but nothing in Texas so far. Service was the clear standout. Adam was fantastic, attentive, kind, and clearly knows his craft. Easily the best part of the night. The food, sadly, didn’t hold up. The opening soup was decent, but everything after felt flat. Room-temp pasta, bland flavors, and textures that felt more like baby food than fine dining. The cheese plate was the only real highlight, mostly thanks to the Rebel-sourced cheeses. Dessert was a miss, dry cake, bland panna cotta, and an overall sense it had been sitting in a freezer too long. Really appreciated the service, but the food just didn’t deliver. Read less
