This is by far the best Indian buffet I have ever been to! They have a large selection of authentic dishes made from fresh quality ingredients, infused with savory spices. We visited Taj Palace after a trip to the nearby Sikh gurudwara. They warmly invited us in for their lunch buffet and kept it open for another 45 minutes just for our party of 4. Very good service! They have all the classics, including saag paneer, chicken, chana masala, naan, vegetable korma, etc. They also had some tasty desserts, including carrot halwa, which is not usually served at buffets. I ordered the lollipop chicken, was very good. And also for my meal I ordered Buttered chicken and it was delicious. Selected a Mojito for a beverage.

The staff is A+++ and very on top of keeping your table cleaned and cup full. The food is more traditional, that means it will be a bit spicy but not too bad for standard American taste buds. Went there today for lunch. Spent almost an hour there. Place had a chill and laid back atmosphere. Traditional music playing in the background, quietly. Place was decorated in red and gold primarily. Food was all delicious! I came in time for the buffet which costed 20.99 before tax and tip. My favorite item was the butter garlic chicken. Each item is labeled above the dish as you're serving. Today's choices included: butter garlic chicken, chicken biryani, biryani rice, naan in circle shapes, goat curry, fried tilapia, vegetable medley, potato or Yuca was hard to tell. And some other vegetarian options. For desert I noticed they had rice pudding but I was too full to try it. There is plenty of parking. Seating is available inside and out. Largest table I saw sat 6 people. On their menu their dishes ranged from 20 to 30 for entrees and about 8 to 15 for appetizers. They have wine, bottled and draft beer, cocktails, and different alcohols available. Definitely recommend checking them out! Read less
