Used to go to this location quite a bit in the past, but definitely not after today's experience. Arrived with over an hour before my shift starts, and was only looking for food for myself. 10 minutes of waiting and still never asked to place an order. So, I let the waitress know who was standing at the register that I was ready and needed to order because of the time. 10 more minutes and I still had 0 service, so I just left. Every other table had their food minus me and another. Dont know why this is such an issue, but this needs to be addressed by management. Read less
