I love falafel but this just wasn't very good. The falafel was almost like a french fry -- it didn't have much flavor and really relied on the fried exterior. The pickle it came with was pretty lousy. I didn't think the veggies were that good either. Sauce: The hot sauce it came with was vinegar based which just didn't vibe with the falafel taste. A pepper based hot sauce would be much better. There also wasn't much humus or tahini, both of which could improve the quality. It was also pretty expensive for a food truck. $11 for a small pita. I can get a full platter for less. Service was great, seems to be popular. Read less

Hummus is creamy and delicately prepared, falafel balls are crispy and tasty (bread could be better though, it was too chewy for my taste ).
