Atmosphere is empty and open, how I would imagine a high schooler would run a cafe. Staff is friendly but someone unable to follow directions. Ended up just leaving the sandwich with the cashier. 1 because it was made incorrectly 2 my 6 year old could make me a better $8 sandwich. 3 I am allergic to avacodo I specifically asked for no produce and no condiments, meat cheese n bacon. Didn’t even have bacon. Smoothie is fine. Just spend your money elsewhere is my recommendation. Trash. Read less

I live in the Lubbock area and whenever I go to New Braunfels I make sure I come here. My visit this time was disappointing. My bill was $75.62 but I was charged $90.62. I contacted the manager Bailey and she refused to correct my charges saying there was no way to fix the over charge without my card. As I am back home there is no way to do this. I suggested she send me a check or money order and she said "NO" as she was laughing and mocking me, because as she stated, she did not have my address. I offered to give her my address but she didn't take it. I'm very sad as I will never dine there again as this last experience left a terrible taste in my mouth. No pun intended. In response to "owner" .. sending me a check or money order for the over charge of $15 would be secure. I send checks and money orders in the mail all the time. I have done that for over 30 years with no problem. I have also received checks in the mail. The truth is your establishment does not want to make this right. You want to cheat people, and then say "have a nice day"? Ridiculous! Read less

Everything here is fresh and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I love the atmosphere and how clean it always is kept.
