I love that there are so many options for a plant based person to eat. I got the stir fried vegetables and added impossible crumbles. It was mostly brown rice. The vegetables were mostly red peppers, yellow peppers, and onions. Even less celery and spinach. I was expecting actual vegetables (Broccoli, zucchini, carrots, green beans). Peppers are what people who don’t know how to accommodate vegans make. I should’ve asked. It was also heavy and salty. I just didn’t make the best choice but I’m sure I will have a better choice next time. Read less
