hadn’t been here in months. the last couple times i came here my order was never ready on time. one time i arrived to get my order and they hadn’t even started on me and another lady’s order despite the order being placed a whole 20 minutes before we had arrived. decided to come here again today because i was bored of the other fast food and this is what i was given!!! the first box of cinnamon pizza they made had to be remade because i specifically asked for no chocolate chips. then they remake it for me and gives me the one pictured below. dry burnt cinnamon bread. i literally witnessed the worker cut and package this mess. not sure what was going on in her head but in what world is this okay to give to a customer. the pizza was also nasty and tasted weird and what made it even worst was it being cold as hell. i was able to get a refund at least but i for sure won’t be back. i wouldn’t spend my money here even if you’re bored of eating else where. Fantastic personal pizzas in a fun atmosphere. Waitstaff was patient as we made our choices, and the food was delicious. Lots and lots of options for all kinds of tastes and preferences.

I tried to go here for the first time today because I was craving pizza and it is very close to my work. When I walked in, there were no employees in sight and I had to wait around a while before someone in the back room finally noticed me. A man came out seemingly frustrated that he had to stop what he was doing to help me. I told him that I was trying to place a to go order and they told me that all of their to go orders were done online and had to be pre-paid for. I asked if I could place an order and just carry out and the gentleman told me that I could, but that it would take a while. I walked in at noon, in the middle of lunchtime, and the entire place was empty you would think they would want the business, but the gentleman that I spoke with acted like I was a nuisance from the moment someone noticed I was there. Yes I would like to go back there but the securities don't want me to go back to the mall because I think I've been banned so I'm just trying to be under cuz they say it's supposed to rain I don't know if it's going to rain or not but I'll go to Publix if I have to charge my phone I'm trying to go to world market but the security will be there to say something to me I'll be concerned so I'm just going to stay in just the case the storm comes I was just want to get out of people's way Read less
