Very disappointing experience with the manager at &pizza in Nottingham, Maryland. My family and I are regular customers—we love the pizza here. However, the manager’s behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. She argued over something as simple as providing extra condiments (like crushed red pepper), claiming there was no way to charge for them. This is a basic courtesy that most food chains offer, and her refusal felt unnecessary and hostile. Even more concerning is the way she treats immigrant customers—it feels discriminatory and disrespectful. It’s upsetting to see someone in a leadership role behaving this way. I hope upper management takes this seriously. Great food shouldn’t be overshadowed by poor service. Read less
