Urban Vegan Thai Cuisine is a phenomenal vegan establishment. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and greet you with a smile. The Thai good is exquisite, fresh ingredients of excellent quality with a variety of plant base proteins to choose from. The portion sizes are decent and filling. Visited this restaurant twice now, and it has been an excellent experience overall each time. This is a highly recommended restaurant to try for vegetarian and vegan communities or any person wanting to try something different. Multiple visits now, and each experience has been wonderful. Everything was amazing. The soy chicken was on point. The orange chicken regained its crispy texture despite the sauce and the portions were very large. Large enough that we filled up a take out box and it didn’t look like we’d had a single bite of it. A lot of food for the price. Nice servers. Quick service and tasty food. I've been eating here for roughly 5 years and ADORE IT!!! It's one of my top 3 favorite restaurants in Chicago. Reasonable pricing, nice service, cozy atmosphere. I love getting to eat my childhood favorite foods but made vegan. I nearly always get the orange chicken and another dish to "cut" it with, like noodles or rice. So good, if you are thinking about coming here, do! Read less

GREATEST THAI VEGAN food I have ever had! Love LOVE love the jungle noodles! Yum! Also tried few different things there. This time it was orange soy chicken with brown rice. So yummy! My friend got rice shell pasta curry, it was spicy for me but if you eat spice regularly you will be fine, it isn't bad at all. Absolutely worth a TRY! Absolutely recommend this for all Vegans and fellow Vegetarians!!! Read less
