To begin with it’s a busy place all the time, I have tried Pani Puri here many times but the hard part is the line for it, you might lose the patience waiting for it. Manchurian’s are okay I would say and are more towards the tangy taste. Seating can be difficult to find since they have very limited space. Parking can also be extremely difficult. Read less

Two stars out for the poor customer service! The staff serving live panipuri do not seem like they want to do their job and look absolutely disinterested. They do not like instructions either and rush you to finish. Anyhow, they have excellent pav bhaji and their eggless cakes are delicious - tried the black forest and pineapple pastries. Prices are decent. Customer-facing roles need some patience, hope to see that improve. Read less

The restaurant is akin to a typical vegetarian fast food chain you'd find in India. While the menu offers a good variety of options, it seems that they have slightly compromised on quality to keep prices affordable. The taste is average, in my experience. I have only tried a few items, but there may be some dishes they excel at, such as the Pani Puri stall, which tends to have a long queue. Overall, my personal opinion is that the food is quite average and could significantly improve in terms of taste. Read less

I recently did a catering order with them . The food was good Everyone really enjoyed the food! However, in terms of service they need to do better. I called 2 weeks prior to when I needed it and spoke to the owner. She had told me to call back the week of. When I called the week of I spoke to the manager of the restaurant. It was so hard to get a hold of someone who can take my order properly anD answer my questions. It took 3 days of constant calls and texts to get the owner to call me back and speak to me. Also don't go by their catering price on the website- they increased them and when you ask them this they tell you the prices are old ( please update your pricing). I was told my order would be ready by 11:30am- They were still packing my order until a little before 12pm. Communicating with them is extremely difficult . Read less

I visited Vatan Bakery and ordered samosas, cutlets, and puffs. When I reached the counter, the cashier handed me a box and I asked, “Is this my order?” He replied “Yes” and prompted me to tap for Apple Pay—the total came to just over $20. When I got home and opened the box, I discovered mango cake instead of my savory items. I called the bakery immediately, and a different employee picked up. He insisted, “You picked up the wrong order,” despite the fact that the first cashier had clearly confirmed my items and asked me to tap my card. When I explained that I had specifically verified the order, the representative responded, “YOU SHOULD HAVE OPENED THE BOX AND CHECKED.” Rather than apologize or offer a refund, he argued and refused to help. I asked if they offered delivery or any alternate solution, and I was told “no,” but that I could return for a refund. Unfortunately, I had arrived in my roommate’s car and was unable to return immediately. A few hours later, my roommate called the bakery, and this time the original cashier answered and agreed that we could return for a refund “tomorrow.” This forced us to repeat the entire trip solely to retrieve our money—an absurdly inconvenient process. Overall, this experience was nerve-cracking and frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff blamed me, refused to apologize, and made me jump through hoops to obtain my refund. Read less
