This is my all-time favorite restaurant! I haven't tried a single thing here that I haven't liked! I have celiac and I'm also vegan, it's wonderful to have a place to go where I know my dietary needs will be met every time. Even better knowing that it's a woman owned business! Stacie + Matt are the bees knees of the vegan food scene in Omaha. Nobody is more passionate about making sure everyone has options when it comes to dining out - but not a silly underwhelming option, the option EVERYONE wants regardless of food allergies, dietary restrictions etc. THIS IS JUST DELICIOUS TASTING food. They have a huge menu, lots of diversity in the menu in regard to “meat” replacements which allows you to experience many different flavor and plant textures. I got The Ruby Melt (named after their kitty 🥹) and it was so flavorful, great texture from the grilled bread + burger patty, sweet crunch from the onions, and a little acid from the sauerkraut. Perfectly paired with HAND CUT fries (those are a rarity these days!) and Matt sauce for dipping. I’d take a whole jug of Matt sauce and dip everything it in. Thoughtfully decorated + hand painted interior with a handful of booths if you want to stay and eat. Friendly, service oriented, and passionate about feeding people the best vegan food out there.
