I had high hopes for this vegan restaurant but was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was lacking and the decor seemed outdated and uninviting. The menu was limited and lacked variety, making it difficult to find anything appetizing. When my food arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. The flavors were bland and lacked depth. The texture was off-putting and made it difficult to enjoy my meal. The service was equally disappointing. Our server was inattentive and didn't seem to care about our experience. I was especially disappointed with the lack of attention to detail when it came to allergens. I have a nut allergy and specifically asked if the dish I ordered contained nuts, only to later find out that it did. This could have been a serious health issue for me and is unacceptable. Overall, this restaurant was a complete letdown. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially those looking for a quality vegan dining experience. There are much better options out there that truly care about the quality of their food and customer experience. Read less

I recently visited this vegan restaurant and I must say, it was the worst dining experience I have ever had. To start with, the atmosphere was dreary and uninviting. The decor was outdated and the seating arrangements were cramped and uncomfortable. The menu was limited and lacked variety. I was expecting a wide range of vegan options but was disappointed to see that the restaurant only offered a handful of dishes that were uninspired and lacked flavor. The food was poorly prepared and the portions were small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. The service was slow and unprofessional. The wait staff was rude and uninterested in providing good service. I had to flag someone down several times just to get a glass of water. It was also concerning to see that the restaurant was not following proper health and safety protocols, with dirty dishes and utensils lying around. Furthermore, the prices were exorbitant for the poor quality of food and service. I felt taken advantage of and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially not to vegans looking for a good dining experience. In conclusion, save your money and time and find another vegan restaurant to dine at. Read less

* FAKE GHOST KITCHEN * These people are trying to rip people off for mediocre and overpriced "vegan" food prepared in Top Tomato's kitchen. They are selling the exact same salads from Top Tomato, with less ingredients, but pricier. For example, their "pesto salad" is $8.49 and the description says: " Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, Roasted Peppers, And Black Olives" vs the "pesto salad" at Vegan Bites is $10.49 and the description says, "Romaine, tomatoes, roasted peppers, black olives". So yeah, the exact same salad minus the feta and they're charging $2 extra. Not happy to find out my "vegan" food was prepared next to dead animals. There's probably a ton of cross contamination. The food was atrocious and nasty. $14 for a piece of bread with Ragu sauce, daiya cheese and what was promoted as "beyond meat sausage" was definitely NOT Beyond Sausage. Save your money and your stomach. Go to Hip City for real and quality vegan food. Read less

What can I say...the negative reviews written by others couldn't be more correct. After receiving my order an hour late, it was 95% atrocious. I ended up donating the majority of it to a homeless encampment. Here are a few highlights: -"Bruschetta Vegan" from the appetizer menu arrived as an assortment of soggy (more like drenched to the point of falling apart), flavorless bread with blobs of equally-as-soggy tomatoes smothered all over it. I feel like the bread was sitting in a marinade of tomato/onion juices in a refrigerator before it was removed and packaged for delivery. -"Vegan Fried Chicken Sandwich", listed as a "favorite" amongst the sandwiches, reminded me of a chicken patty from a middle school cafeteria; unbelievably cold and completely void of flavor. It is advertised as having chipotle sauce, but they must have forgotten this on mine. Mine was a cold, flavorless, patty with a few shreds of lettuce and pickles. -"4 Seasons Vegan Pizza" arrived with soft, undercooked dough and ice cold. Not even placing this in my home oven to reheat it could save this poor excuse for cuisine. -"Vegan milkshake" was actually aight. This was the only redeeming quality of my entire knapsack of overpriced, undercooked, and flavorless disappointment. Save yourself the headache/heartburn and spend your money elsewhere if you like to be satisfied with your meals. I petitioned for a refund. Read less
