Amazing First Experience – Lion’s Mane Nugget Mac & Cheese is a Must-Try! I tried International Co for the first time and ordered the Lion’s Mane Nugget Mac & Cheese with buffalo sauce and ranch drizzle. Wow—this dish exceeded all my expectations! The Mac & Cheese was incredibly creamy and paired perfectly with the crispy, flavorful Lion’s Mane nuggets. The buffalo sauce added just the right kick, balanced by the cool ranch drizzle. Every bite was a delicious blend of textures and flavors. I’m so impressed by how satisfying and well-executed this meal was. I stopped here a few weeks ago. I was too excited to try the food. Customer service wasn't the friendliest, at least from the person taking my order. I stated I had never been there before and asked questions about the food choices. It felt as if I was wasting the individual's time. Once my order was placed, I stood and waited for my order. There was nothing that stood out for me about my meal. The food was average. Maybe I showed up on an off day, or maybe the food just didn't work for me. Please be your own judge. Read less

I haven’t been to V.I. In years!! I’m one of the original OG customers when they first opened! I live much further away now but was super thrilled to see they are still thriving! I had a craving for some good greens without having to ask “is there meat in them?? 😩” … not only did I get the greens I got the lions mane nuggets and let’s just say, I put my phone on silent while I enjoyed my meal! I came to this place since I saw an ad for a vegan oxtail dish. That dish was a weekly special but it tasted like my mom's potato curry. It was good, but since I'm South Asian it wasn't special. But my wife who doesn't get my mom's cooking as often enjoyed it. But I also had these chicken wings. They have a sugar cane type of bone, the meat is incredible in texture, the sauce is perfect. I will have 45 more of these if I can. I will make this 30+ minute drive out for just these wings again, they are magical. Read less

I wish the empanada bread was a little bit more flaky overall still good only thing I would say is that it is on the pricier side then your other vegan restaurants.
