I stayed in town for one night to attend a class and had heard of Pulse in the past. They are located very close to a strip of busy road with hotels and other lodgings, so very easy to access for those staying in the area. The whole menu is vegan, and it was a tossup on what I'd ordered since I was alone and couldn't get one of everything to share with my husband ( ). I ultimately settled on a mushroom calzone I added smoked tofu to for $3. The tofu was well done! Everything was delicious. The marinara was flavorful and the knots were nice and fluffy crispy.
