I’ve tried many Ethiopian restaurants over the years but it all began with Queen of Sheba which has been serving flavorful food for decades. My parents have been loyal customers even before I was born! Queen of Sheba offers individual entrees that come with sides and family platters. Don’t skip out on the platters! The meats and veggies are so flavorful, I can’t get enough of the berebere seasoning. The platters include 2 meats and 4 veggies, I usually order doro tibs (chicken cubbed pieces), yebeg wat (lamb curry), missir wat (red lentils), shiro (chickpea curry), missir alecha (yellow lentil), and gomen (spinach). I would also recommend the beef zil zil tibs which is slightly spicier and is not on the platter menu. All the food is meant to be eaten with injera which is a slightly spongy, sourdough flat bread that you scoop the food with. Injera can be polarizing and not everyone likes it. Queen of Sheba also has live music on occasion with Dancing on weekends. Overall we love this place and the flavorful food Read less

Over all the place is nice and the people are very nice! Coming from someone who has tried Ethiopian food at multiple cities over the USA nothing is special here. The food was okay and some parts below average. We ordered the queens appetizer the samosa was very average. The chickpea dip had too much spice in it to a point it was over powering. The salad the tomato was old had has a tingly sensation like what soda would give but in the salad making sure it was made at least two days ago. I also found a hair in it. The lady apologized and replaced the salad. Coming to the food we order three meats which came with 6 sides. The sides were very average. The food was cold. The eggs in the doro wat was cold. Doro wat was the best thing on that plate. The meat in the description was slow cooked and fork tender and it was nothing like thay when we ate it. It was a low quality meat with lots of tendon and I would say 40% of it was not chewable. The mild chicken was okay, the kids ate it. Over all there are better Ethiopian option out there. I definitely won’t be going back. Read less

We loved coming here! Food was fresh and delicious. The vegan options weee impressive and savory! Love this place, it’s so enchanting and can’t wait to be back. We had the pleasure of speaking with Joe and even got to say hi to his mom, both of which are so wonderful, knowledgeable and lovely to meet. Wish I had visited sooner! Amazing food! Can’t wait to bring some friends also :) Read less
Excellent ambience
I've been here before but it was nice to return to celebrate my wife's birthday. The food, the service, everything is wonderful! Even our four year old loved trying it all for the first time.
Thank you Elsa, Betty, and Jose for the beautiful hospitality and smiles. Queen of Sheba is forever going to be my destination spot.

This is a very enjoyable experience. The food is always so good and the service is very friendly. They have mocktails and cocktails. They have wonderful options for gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and meat dishes. You have not lived life properly until you have had the injera chips with a mild spicy dip. They have literally something for everyone, and all is well made. Read less
