This vegetarian restaurant truly surprised me. The environment is quiet and cozy, and although the space is not large, it is arranged with great care and love, evident in every detail. + Especially recommend their fried mushrooms, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, not the least bit greasy! + The curry was rich in aroma, thick yet smooth, with a sweet taste of coconut milk. + The vegetarian Bun Bo Hue wasalso very tasty, with a prominent aroma of lemongrass, offering a refreshing taste upon entry. The dishes are fresh and delicious, not at all greasy. The owner is also very friendly, providing attentive service. We had lunch here while visiting CA. The space inside is small but clean and the host was very friendly and helped us decide what we wanted to eat as we didn't want any leftovers. It's all vegan so we didn't have to worry about what items would be vegan/ vegetarian. Service was very quick. Overall a very pleasant experience. I'd come back if I could! Read less

Wow!! This place was AMAZING!!!! The food is 100% vegan and they had so many options! My boyfriend and I accidentally came across it when we were passing by and I’m so happy we did. The food was so good & the portions were large! We tried the Crispy Tofu & Portobello tenders for appetizers. I got the SGV Banh-Mi Sub & my boyfriend got the BBQ Porkless vermicelli noodles (it came with 2 vegan eggrolls). It was all very good & fresh! We’re definitely coming back again soon! First time dining at Saigon Vegan and every dish hit! They brought out the stir fry garlic noodles first. It was an immediate crowd pleaser. My sister and I had to stop ourselves from eating our mother’s main dish. They then brought out the egg rolls. Perfectly crunchy and fried. Not oily whatsoever. Paired well with the fresh mint and lettuce. My sister had the SGV sub and she said it was refreshing! She let me take a bite and holy moly I was pleasantly surprised. I, myself, am not vegan.
