Horrible customer service. I ordered my pizza online 45 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up. I get to the restaurant and was greeted by rude Regan who stated give me a few minutes and I’ll have your order to you. A few minutes turned into 17 minutes of waiting. Once I finally received my order it was not what I indicated how I wanted it cook. So then rude Regan says it will be another 15 minutes. Unbelievable and this was my first time visiting this location and it most definitely is the last. Rudeness from Regan has lost you a customer and I’m sure you all will continue to lose more. We tried this place out for the first time. We used to love pieology. The service was okay. We didn't even get a chance to say what dough we wanted as we got asked before we even got up to the counter. We got the combos with a drink and a salad or gelato. I got the ceaser salad. The croutons were soggy! Some of the lettuce was wilting. The gelato was delicious. However, we had ordered to go, and they gave us the wrong cup (which we did not know), and we were going to get it after the pizzas were done. Once we got up there, the cup was changed for a to go one, but the cup we had that we had been touching got put back. Cross contamination at its finest. The tables for what I could see had lots of crumbs on them. We tried it, but I don't think we will go back even though the pizza was good. Read less

I have loved this place until the owner of the place provided service herself. I ordered an Alfredo pasta with chicken to be delivered by Uber eats. When my daughter receives the order she comes to me upset because there no chicken and an unusually low amount of pasta. Generally I get a bigger amount but whatever, no big deal. I call and the lady says the manager will call back. My daughter does not want to eat the pasta without the chicken and after waiting for 40 minutes, I decided to call back. The person I get transferred to states to be the owner and that she says to remember to have put chicken in the pasta and provides me her cell phone number to send her proof. What??? I do send her the untouched plate that shows dry clean borders, no chicken which gets mixed with the pasta, which means I would need to dig into the pasta to pull it out. The picture shows clean edges as it comes out from the oven. She says she will call me back when she has a moment to check the picture. Then she replies, in summary, that I lied to her and I was already eating the pasta. See the screenshots I attached. How does a business owner provide such a low level of service? Read less
