If you're looking for a meat substitute, the BBQ jackfruit is as good as any pulled pork I've ever had. The small cafe interior is welcoming and full of plants! The food was great! We ordered Grounding Roots, Roasted Roots, and the Bliss Bowl with falafel. They also provided our dog with water. If we’re ever back in Trinidad, we’ll definitely eat here again.

This place is a gem in Trinidad! I love their soups and jackfruit wrap. The only time I’m disappointed is when their closed.

Excellent homemade vegan food, very warm and friendly owners, and a quiet, casual atmosphere surrounded by healthy and well cared-for plants! We highly recommend it!
