Subia’s is a cute vegan spot right off of Jersey Ave. I came here not knowing what I wanted for dinner. I chose Subia’s burger and was happy with my pick. Veggie burgers can be hit or miss in my experience but this one held its own. I thought the lack of fries with my burger would leave me hungry, so I ordered mac and cheese. While the mac and cheese was solid, I think the burger on its own would’ve left me full, it’s quite hefty. One of the owners was sitting at front to greet me. Sophia's Veggie Cafe in Jersey City deserves five stars! The veggie burger was absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The service was just as impressive. The hostess greeted us warmly and took the time to walk us through the menu, even recommending what to order. Her suggestions were spot on! The entire staff was friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The cozy, inviting atmosphere made the meal even better. I’m definitely coming back again soon and bringing friends. If you love tasty vegetarian food and great service, this place is a must! Read less
