Last time I come here. Sad because I used to be regular for years. Had something inedible and hard like clay or something strange in my food towards the end of my meal and asked for a refund or something else for lesser of the price on the house of my choice. Was denied. But was given a mini Mac on the house…. Also the fact I had to ask multiple times about it to get any kind of reciprocation. Pretty disappointed. Wont be returning after years of being a loyal customer. Also the paper menu is a non vegan menu?!? Who knew. Not me I thought this was an l began restaurant. Also after the situation I had to wait over 30 minutes for my check just looked at the “complimentary mac” it was black and completely burnt….. saw it once I got home. Read less

HORRIBLE SERVICE, DEAD RAT FOUND AT LOCATION Our server Elena was rude and gave us dirty utensils and plates. My food had a hair in it, and when I asked for a manager, I was told no manager was on site. The entire place felt unclean, and to top it off, I saw a dead rat outside as I was leaving. Absolutely unacceptable and a major health concern—would NOT recommend. Read less

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I made a reservation for Mother’s Day and received a confirmation, but when we arrived, no one greeted us, and our table wasn’t reserved. To make matters worse, two parties that arrived after us were seated before us. When we were finally seated, it took nearly an hour just to receive our drinks. I asked for water, but it was forgotten and never brought to us. The wait for food was completely unreasonable, and when it finally arrived, the order was wrong. The food was awful, and we ended up paying almost $500, including an automatic tip of nearly $80. Despite all of this, we tried to salvage the day and make the most of it for my mom. The service was unprofessional. The server was rude, ignored us, and seemed to prioritize cleaning over taking care of us. At one point, the menus were just tossed onto the table instead of being properly handed to us. We will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone. This experience was incredibly disappointing and disrespectful, especially on a day meant to celebrate our mom. Read less

Be aware, this place is not plant based and even now that the advertise as “vegetarian”, is neither that. Since when fish are plants?

I'm not a vegan, and I'm not sure what was in those nachos, but they were DELICIOUS!!
