Placed a very simple order of just a single combo meal, received the wrong order, didn’t notice until I had already gotten home as the items were similar types (burrito/taco) to what I ordered. Very disappointed as what I paid for was definitely more than what I received, the taco that I could eat had very little filling in them. Used to rely on this location to be pretty consistent but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Also didn’t not receive a receipt when I paid which is an issue when they can’t get orders correct the first time. Read less

I don’t even know why I bothered coming here after not eating Taco Bell for years!! Worst decision EVER!! I got a carryout which they messed up my order TWICE! The manager did give me a refund thankfully and still let me keep the food. I should have just left the food there and went to Culver’s, now I’m sick throwing up with diarrhea. STOP EATING THIS GARBAGE!! They need to close down all these Taco Bell’s because they like serving old unsafe food. I will never eat their again‼️ Read less

I bought a steak chipotle ranch burrito. The new 3 dollar one. This burrito was so horrible. I'm not sure if they have some teens working there that played a prank, or if someone just doesn't know what they are doing. When I bit into my burrito... It was pure sauce. Spit it out. Took a bite from the opposite end of the burrito. Pure sauce. So I open it up. There was sooo much sauce in it that I honestly could probably fill a 20 ounce pop bottle half way. That was 1 of 2 items I ordered. I got a spicy potato soft taco. It was decent. But that other one. GOD it was horrible. Very frustrating too because I couldn't even eat it and I'm broke. So I asked for beans to be added and paid .98 per item, Taco Bell decided to keep the meat I very much wanted since I selected the meat FIRST and then paid extra to add beans. So start there, also no green sauce packet that I paid extra for, on top of with in seconds of making my order my delivery man took it and put it in my hand within 20 mins of ordering it online he was a 5 mins drive in traffic. All the food was cold, not that I have a problem when it takes longer but I can pick up Taco Bell in Perrysburg, OH and drive 20 miles home: take it in: go use the bathroom: turn on the tv: set up dinner. I bet you will never guess… It is still HOT 75% of the time and 100% always warm. I travel the north America continent this is the first bad review for Taco Bell on my part, and believe me Perrysburg gets the order wrong plenty, honestly it isn’t the best in the nation but ranks in the top 5. So how the flying nut chucks did you manage cold food out the window? And look how poorly made it is. I don’t want my money back. I want every single employee there and the managers to all be forced to eat 3 minimum cold, slimy, poorly made double deckers, remember refried beans only, after you paid for the beef. And again only the amount of nacho cheese you can hold on the end of a 3 inch fry without it breaking or bending, fingers on one end, cheese on the other and use that exact amount to rub on a dried out flour tortilla and ( no clue how you did it with no meat or cheese; I am assuming it must be that lukecold slimy lettuce) soggy broken hard shell. Please wait 20 mins after making it if you feel the slightest bit of warmth more than counter top temperature wait another 20 mins and if made correctly you will still feel a bit of warmth wait another 20 mins (should be room temp now) also no ice in the drink so it comes warm. Do this on you tube or TikTok it will get back to me and then I will eat this review, I will print it out and eat it and then change it to 3 stars for at least trying to make it correct. Read less
