I dined here on Thursday with my husband and have literally wrote, deleted, and repeated this process 3x trying to adequately explain how amazing this place is. Words can’t do it justice but I’ll try. The menu is approachable but artfully elegant and meticulously executed. The bar profile is just as thoughtfully and beautifully curated. One of the best dining experiences “of my life.” I was in awe and truly almost moved to tears with how perfect, each and every dish was. The quality of ingredients, the thoughtfulness of each spice and ingredient and how it plays into the dish to elevate and enhance it to its best plate is just mind blowing. Regardless of being vegan or not, this menu and this staff is doing something amazing here and genuinely if you can experience this, please do. Read less

Children are NOT welcome here. Service was disagreeable. We arrived shortly after opening. We were the only patrons throughout our entire visit. Our host/server glanced at the booth seating before telling us they were cleaning the booths, so the only available option was to sit at a table. This appeared to be a thinly veiled guise that he didn't want our kid to make a mess on the fabric. After seating, he poured my husband and myself a glass of water and went to walk away. My child spoke up and told him he had forgotten to fill her glass. Food came out in a timely manner. Our server did not once check on our meal and only came over several minutes after we had finished our food. Perhaps focus on treating each of the guests dining with decency. Read less

Went here for our anniversary and everything was exquisite. We had the cornbread for our appetizer, which featured matcha butter and strawberry ginger jam. My wife had the charred and I had the paella, both of which were incredibly delicious. We loved that the entire menu was vegan and the restaurant had a clear commitment to sustainability - even the bathrooms had washable cloths instead of paper towels. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a refined, vegan dining experience! Read less

Absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and beautifully plated. Ambiance was classy, yet relaxed. Service by David was down-to-earth, friendly, and top notch. The risotto and chocolate cake paired with a glass of port were our favorites, but everything was fantastic. My partner and I went for our anniversary and got an early reservation for the two of us plus our baby in a carseat. Many places this fancy might look down on a family with young children, but we felt so well accommodated and welcome. I whole heartedly recommend this place and want to make another beach trip just so we can eat here again! Read less

What a great way to end our Wilmington weekend! Truly one of the best restaurant experiences we've had in sometime. You don't have to be a vegan to enjoy the Green House Restaurant's delectable offerings --- fresh, local, and delicious. Our server Rachel was very attentive and informative and answered all of our questions. Our party started with the Fried Aranchi appetizer and the Beet Salad and Charred Kale Salad (charred perfectly). For entrees we had the Grilled Lion's Mane, Pasta Primavera, and the Smoked Sausage.
